Graph - Send to Printer or File

Registered Version Only. The printer will be selected and setup when you select printer as the Print To selection on the Option Menu. The graph you select will be sent to this printer. If you wish to select another printer or change the printer setup, select Print To and Printer on the Option menu.

You can also print the graph to a file by selecting File on the Print To selection on the Option Menu or by checking off the Print To File box on the printer setup form. Graphs can be saved as the default metafile (WMF) or as bitmap files (BMP). When you print a graph to a file a dialog box will appear asking you for the file name and the location to save the file. The default file name uses the first five characters of the file name for the league followed by a sequence number from 001 to 999. If you change the default file name, only the first five characters of the name you supply will be used. The first graph created will have 001 as the last three characters of the file name. Additional graphs will increment this number to create a set of files. For example, the file name of the demonstration files is "Demonstration Files". The first graph for this league would be saved with the file name Demon001.WMF. The next graph would be Demon002.WMF.
